Jim O’Bold

Jim joined Servant Solutions in 2011 after serving five years as a member of the Board of Trustees, and he became its sixth President in 2019. Before his service at Servant Solutions, Jim spent 24 years in banking, where he managed multiple branches, provided lending to the small business market, and led community bank initiatives.

Jim holds a BA in Management from Anderson University (Anderson, IN) and an MBA from the University of Indianapolis. He is a Certified Retirement Planning Consultant (CRPC), served as an Executive Pastor at Westlake Church of God in Indianapolis, and received pastoral ordination in 2012. Jim continues to serve church ministry organizations in various capacities, bringing a deep understanding of both ministry and financial services to his leadership at Servant Solutions.

In late 2024, under Jim’s leadership, Servant Solutions entered a partnership with the Wesleyan Pension Fund (WPF) to provide administrative services that strengthen retirement services for members of both organizations. This collaboration builds on shared theological heritage and mission alignment, and it deepens Servant Solutions’ commitment to supporting those who serve the church.
