Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Servant Solutions
Nabil Safi has served in several ministry positions and is a well-loved leader in the Church of God. For the past eight years, he has been on the staff of Church at the Crossing in Indianapolis, first as Pastor of Missions and for the last five years as Executive Pastor. Nabil brings a wealth of church knowledge and a deep passion for contributing to the culture of professionalism at Servant Solutions.
Nabil’s leadership gifts include strategic thinking and organizational development, which help propel Servant Solutions forward in mission and impact. His personal passions align closely with Servant Solutions’ motto of “Serving Those Who Serve.”
For the past two and a half years, Nabil has also served as a Congregational Coach under the C.A.R.E. program, funded by the Lilly Endowment, coaching church boards on best practices for pastoral compensation.
Born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon, Nabil and his wife, Myrna, moved to the United States in 2011 when he enrolled at the Anderson University School of Theology. He is an ordained minister with the Church of God (Anderson, IN) and holds an MBA in Marketing as well as a Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies. Since 2012, Nabil and Myrna also serve as Arabic-language hosts for Christian Broadcasting Hope (CBH).
Nabil and Myrna have been married since 2008 and enjoy parenting their daughter Amanda, traveling, and building community with new friends.
